Matthew has over 20 years of experience in brokering and facilitating some of the most complex and lucrative deals in all genres of business. He is a native of Carmel, California where he maintains a residence and office. He lives full time in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, California.
His unique gift that he brings to ERB Enterprises, LLC is his ability to ensure that all parties involved in the deal walk away from it asking one question, "When can we do another deal?" This gift has been the driving force behind our client growth and retention.
Steven M. Shore, Principal
Steven is a 35 year veteran of the business and political playing fields. He has served as Matthew's mentor and partner since they first met in Carmel in 1990. He has been appointed to several Boards of Director's positions throughout his career that has spanned the last 35 years. His most recent achievement was the creation of his own lobbying firm in Washington, D.C., The Alliance For American Innovation where as President he fought on behalf of intellectual property rights owners. His success in Washington, D.C. is outlined very clearly in Pat Choate's recent book, "Hot Property".
His wisdom, experience, and vast network of not only business leaders but political leaders are what make ERB Enterprises, LLC an organization that is unparalleled.
Thomas J. Molina, Principal
Thomas is a 27 year veteran of the Commercial Real Estate Industry. He has handled all aspects of commercial real estate including the acquistion, financing, leasing, asset management, redevelopment and disposition of over 15,000,000 square feet of property including office buildings, industrial parks, shopping centers, apartments and hotels. In addition holds the following industry designations: CCIM, CPM and CSM. Various institutional investors that Mr. Molina has worked with include but are not limited to the following clients: GE Pension Fund, Balcor, Travelers, Citibank, Insignia, and Walton Street Partners.
